When you first join Chat Ninjas, we go through an extensive consultation. Face to face or by phone, we build up answers to your frequently asked questions and gather as much information as possible. This is the starting point for your Chat Ninjas database. Once you’re up and running, every new customer question and operator answer is added to it.
In the unlikely event of a question we can’t answer, we’ll get in touch with you as soon as we can. We may also take the customer’s details, in case you want to contact them later on.
Your chat window is customised to blend in smoothly in with your existing online presence. We also offer custom avatar design, for graphics that fit your company and grab your customers’ attention.
Our ninjas are highly trained in customer service and have access to the client database at all times. To reassure you that your visitors are getting the best possible service, we send a transcript to you or one of your colleagues at the end of each chat.

No, we operate a 30-day rolling contact as standard. You can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice.
We operate from 9am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. Out of hours, your customers have the option to leave a message with your chat box; our operators reply as a matter of priority as soon as service resumes.
