With our human-operated services, the chat function is only monitored Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm. Any ticket that is created outside of this time will be sent to you the next working day. 

With our Bot Operated option then the transcripts are sent as soon as the chat has ended. No monitoring is needed for this as it can run 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
